Middlesex Savings Bank recently distributed $40,000 from its Charitable Foundation’s $1 million COVID-19 relief fund. In this fifth wave of grant distribution, the Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation is providing four local organizations with a $10,000 contribution to support continued response throughout the pandemic.
With the distribution of these grants, the Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation has expended $800,000 of designated COVID-19 relief funds.
The four organizations receiving the funds are:
“We are tremendously grateful to Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation for making this incredibly generous and forward-thinking, responsive grant,” said Nicolas M. Kane, development manager at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network. “As we approach the one-year mark of COVID-19 reshaping life as we know it, many individuals continue to face food insecurities and lack access to basic needs. The entirety of this grant will go towards ameliorating these challenges for the youth, young adults and families we serve across the Commonwealth.”
