Technology Update: Impact on Business Accounts from 10/11-10/14

10/14/24: Thank you for your patience, our technology update is now complete. Online, mobile, and telephone banking services are now available.


Access to banking channels will be restricted during this time.

  • Branches (including safe deposit box access) will close at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 11 and will reopen on Tuesday, October 15 (after the Monday holiday).
    • Visit the branch on Friday, October 11 before 2:00 p.m. for change, coins, or other needs before the weekend.
    • Deposits dropped after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, may not be processed until Tuesday, October 15. 
  • Online, mobile, and telephone banking will be unavailable beginning Friday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m. and will be restored on Monday, October 14. 
 

Please conduct your banking transactions ahead of the weekend, as other banking services will be restricted.

Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking

Online, mobile, and telephone banking will be unavailable beginning Friday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m. and will be restored on Monday, October 14.

Online Deposit Service

Unavailable. Cutoff time for same day posting for online deposit is 1:30 p.m., on Friday, October 11. 

Mobile Deposits

Unavailable. Cutoff time for same day posting for mobile deposits is 11:30 a.m., on Friday, October 11. 

Bill Pay

Access to Bill Pay is available until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11. Scheduled payments are not affected, but you will not be able to set up any new payments over the weekend.

eStatements

Access to e-Statements is available until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11.

Quicken/QuickBooks

While we do not expect any issues to occur, it is a best practice to download your latest transactions as a precautionary measure by Thursday, October 10. Connections to Quicken and QuickBooks will be impacted. You will need to deactivate/reactivate your online banking connection on Tuesday, October 15.

Instructions for how to complete these steps are available for download:

ACH, Wires & Transfers

  • Wire transfers can be requested until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11.
  • Scheduled and recurring transfers, established through online banking, that are scheduled for the weekend will be processed on Monday, October 14.
  • The deadline to submit ACH transactions is Friday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m.
  • ACH transactions originated with an effective date beyond October 11, 2024 will post to your account on Friday, October 11, 2024. 

Positive Pay

Unavailable. Exceptions need to be decisioned by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11. Exception processing changes are coming. Learn more.

Statements

Customers may receive two statements in October as a result of the update:

  • 1st or 5th Statement Cycles
    If your statement cycles on the 1st or 5th of the month, you will receive a statement on October 1 or October 5. You will also receive another interim statement on October 11.
  • 10th Statement Cycles
    If you receive a statement on the 10th of the month, you will receive one on October 11.
  • 15th, 20th, or 25th Statement Cycles If you receive statements on the 15th, 20th, or 25th of the month, you will receive a statement on October 11. Then, you will receive a statement when you normally would get one on October 15, October 20, or October 25.
  • End of month Statement Cycle
    If you receive statements at the end of the month, you will receive a statement on October 11. Then, you will receive a statement when you normally would get one at the end of the month.

ATMs, Debit & ATM Cards

  • ATMs will operate normally for cash withdrawals and deposits. 
  • Balance inquiries will be unavailable. 
  • Debit card increases will be unavailable.
  • Travel alerts can be placed but can't be removed.

Account Alerts

Account alerts are available until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11. Any alerts you previously set up will automatically send on Monday, October 14. Once the system is back online, you may receive multiple alerts and messages all at once.
