10/14/24: Thank you for your patience, our technology update is now complete. Online, mobile, and telephone banking services are now available.
This October, Middlesex Savings Bank will perform a technology update.
While your online and mobile experience may look and feel very similar, this update improves our team’s ability to serve you better.
Most importantly, please take note of these key dates:
Friday, October 11
- Branches close at 2:00 p.m.
- No access to online, mobile, and telephone banking after 2:00 p.m.
- Starting at 2:00 p.m., ATMs and debit cards will continue to work normally for deposits, purchases, and withdrawals. However, there will be some restrictions, including the ability to check balances and request limit increases.
Saturday, October 12
- Branches closed.
- No access to online, mobile, and telephone banking.
Sunday, October 13
- Branches closed.
- No access to online, mobile, and telephone banking.
Monday, October 14
- Branches closed in observance of the holiday.
- Online, mobile, and telephone banking will be restored.
